The warranty periods and service terms for Evrena products are listed below. The warranty starts on the invoice date and is transferable: if the home is sold it passes to the new owner.
Warranty periods
- Carcase (MDF/chipboard, edge banding): 10 years
- Bathroom cabinet carcase (marine plywood): 10 years, 7 years against moisture damage
- Doors (lacquer, acrylic, membrane, melamine): 5 years
- Hinges, runners, lift systems: 5 years (in addition to the maker's warranty)
- Worktops (quartz, sintered stone): 10 years for manufacturing defects, 2 years for installation
- Built-in appliances: the manufacturer's own warranty
What is not covered
Flooding, fire, impact, chemical cleaning against the usage instructions, installation next to heat sources and unauthorised intervention are not covered. Normal wear (such as runner lubrication) falls under maintenance.
Service requests
You can open a service request on 0216 555 47 00, through the contact form or at our showrooms. Photo reports are reviewed first; service takes place within three working days in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Kayseri and within seven working days elsewhere.
Spare parts
We keep spare parts such as doors, drawer fronts, hinges and runners in stock for ten years or reproduce them from the same series. Our service crews bring spare parts with them; 85% of repairs needing parts are completed on the first visit.
