Included in the price
As soon as your order is approved the panel list is sent to the CNC machines. 18 mm moisture-resistant MDF panels are cut to ±0.1 mm accuracy, wrapped in PUR-glued edge banding and, after drilling, packed into installation kits.
Quality control points
- Moisture and thickness checks on incoming board
- Sampling of edge banding and drilling tolerance
- Colour and gloss measurement after five coats on doors
- Hinge and runner cycle test (80,000 openings)
- 100% part count before packing
Environment and efficiency
Cutting offcuts are reused as pellets and the paint booth air is filtered. The 1.2 MW rooftop solar plant on the factory covers about 30% of its electricity needs.
You can visit the factory
At our Kayseri plant we organise factory tours by appointment for customers. You can see the whole line from panel cutting to the paint booth and track which stage your own kitchen's parts have reached. For distant customers, photos of production stages are sent weekly.
