Bodrum Boutique Hotel – 64 Room Vanities

In all the bathrooms of a 64-room boutique hotel in Bodrum, the vanities, mirrors and tall units were renewed. Sea air means salt and moisture, so the carcases were marine plywood, all metal fittings stainless steel and the doors HPL.

Installation summary

• 64 rooms, five sizes adapted to three bathroom plan types
• A Damla 80 adaptation with compact laminate (HPL) fronts
• Anti-mist touch-control LED mirrors
• Stainless steel hinges and runners against salty air
• Installation of six rooms a day to minimise rooms out of service

Completed in eleven weeks during the off-season, the project had its first prototype room approved by hotel management. No moisture-related complaints were reported during the first season after handover.

Result

Hotel management reported that the bathroom cabinets caused no moisture-related complaint during the season and that cleaning time fell by about two minutes per room. The project was repeated for the hotel's second wing.
